Buy any credit pack, once, and all four lift for good. While you hold bought credits you also keep longer history, can stream Activity to a SIEM, and can run the Toolbox checks marked for paying organisations.

What would my setup cost?
Put in what you would run. It adds up a month in credits and money, and says how long your free credits carry it. Every form in the console also shows the price before you add anything.
Your month
An estimate from today’s rates; money at the smallest pack’s price, and less on bigger packs. Charged by the day, and rounding always favours you.
A worked example
Two servers and ten 5-minute monitors use 50 credits a month for each server and 1 for each monitor. The 70 free monthly credits pay for one server and the monitors, and the 300 sign-up credits pay for the second server for your first three months.
What credits cost
A server for 50 credits a month.
When you want more than the free part, buy a pack. Bigger packs carry bonus credits, so each credit costs less.

Rupee prices include GST. Your billing country decides the currency: rupees in India, US dollars everywhere else. Bought credits last 12 months, and any new purchase renews them all.
What a credit buys
You pay for machines and checks, never for people.
Only what you switch on uses credits, by the day. Add something halfway through a day and it pays only for the rest of that day; remove it and it costs nothing from the next.

If credits run low
Nothing breaks. Nothing is deleted.
BasePit is not in the path of your apps, so running out of credits never stops them. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
A friendly warning
When about 14 days are left at today’s use, Billing says so, and we e-mail your admins before they run out.
3 days of grace
At zero, everything keeps running for 3 more days. What it uses is noted as owed.
The newest things pause
Then what the credits cannot cover pauses, newest first. Your apps keep running; BasePit just stops watching and controlling what is paused. Nothing is deleted.
Top up, and it is back
Credits you buy pay what is owed first, and everything paused comes back at once. Monitors are checking again within seconds.
While something is owed, nothing new can be added. That is the only door that closes.
How we charge
The rules, written down.
Credits work like a prepaid recharge. You top up when you choose, use them as you go, and see the balance and about how many days it lasts on Billing. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
Sign up with an email, Google or Slack. Payment is asked for only when you choose to buy.
We never keep your card. You pay on the payment provider’s own page, only when you decide to.
Invite your whole team. Credits pay for machines and checks, never for seats.
Every form that adds something shows what it costs. Billing shows what you spend and what each thing costs.
Charged by the day, at the month’s real length, always rounded down for you.
Running out pauses BasePit’s watching and control, never your apps, and deletes nothing.
12 months from purchase, and any new purchase renews every bought credit you still hold.

Pay in rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere, with a proper tax invoice for each purchase.

Will I be charged when the free credits run out?
No. Nothing is ever charged by itself, because BasePit keeps no card. When the free credits run out you get 3 days of grace, then the newest things pause until you top up. Your apps keep running throughout.
Is anything free for good?
Yes. 70 free credits arrive every month: one server and twenty uptime monitors checked every 5 minutes. They do not carry over to the next month.
What does a credit cost?
The smallest pack is 1000 credits for $10 or ₹830, GST included. Bigger packs carry bonus credits, so a credit costs less. The packs.
Do my sign-up credits expire?
Yes, 90 days after you sign up. They are spent first after the month’s free credits, so use them to try everything.
What if I delete something?
It stops using credits from the next day. Adding something halfway through a day pays only for the rest of that day.
Do teammates cost extra?
No. There is no price per person.
Is there a contract, or anything to cancel?
No. There is no subscription. To leave, uninstall the agent with one command and stop topping up; bought credits stay valid for their 12 months.
